I love contemporary home styles, but that thing is ugly! I'd much rather have a comparably sized traditional yacht. Looks more like a houseboat on steroids than any sort of functional boat/yacht.

Yea but no traditional yacht is going to have pylons allowing you to raise it completely out of the water with a view of 35 ft in the air

It does seem like a glorified houseboat, just wider... and with pylons.
