Anyone else have issues with the damn mud daubers getting in the bimini? mine is covered but they seem to get in through the ends of the cover and build nests in there. get my boat all cleaned up then open the bimini on the water and a bunch of dirt falls out. it sucks. would prefer a non-chemical solution to keep them out of there.

I wonder if just wrapping some tight bungee cords around the bimini ends would help?

If that doesn't work maybe try some of this moving stretch wrap? (Just gave an example, brand/vendor don't really matter much). It's compact so it stores easily and it's very water-resistant so you can use it for wrapping all sorts of things on boats in a pinch. I have a problem where my wake tower gets completely plastered with dead bug guts on long road trips so I'm going to start wrapping it with this stuff quick before long tows. Takes less than a minute to apply it with this hand held dispenser and less than a minute to tear it off at destination. Downside is the plastic waste, though it's pretty minimal, so you'll have to weigh that pro/con.
