Need Help on purchase advice for 2002 Yamaha LX2000?? What are they going for now?

Please provide any insight it would be very helpful, The seller is asking 12.5K and it has a few extras ie Tower with speakers is this a good price? The engine was rebuilt in 2016

An LX 2000 has 2 engines.....so only one was rebuilt?

Given that new and used jet boats are hard to find right now the $1k price premium being sought by the seller is not unreasonable but I think the seller may be willing to negotiate down to the nada value. That stated, I would not consider buying a used boat with two stroke engines if that is what the LS has. I would hunt for one of the early 230s like 2003 to 2006 SR, SX or AR 230.

** Correction it is the LS not the LX I see the NADA evaluation is little higher on the LX versus the LS.... I heard the horror stories of the oil lines popping off.. The Hull also needs re-painting

both engines were rebuilt , I see them selling from private owner for alot less

So for an LS it is high...especially if it needs gelcoat work.
