Lake Wisconsin, up river.@SCP1 Where are you at in that photo?
Lake Wisconsin, up river.
Depends what are you wanting to do? To do water sports you should almost be below the Ferry down towards the dam as the water is deeper and you can utilize the whole river. This area if windy can be tricky to find calm water. However if you go up river north of the lake you can get out of the wind and find calm water however the channel is narrow and only really goes to about the 39/90/94 Interstate bridge. How does wind effect that area? Can you find calm areas no matter which way it's blowing from?

What’s the water temp up there?

Up River you can generally find a sand bar that is somewhat sheltered from the wind.@SCP1 We don't have the kids on the boat all that often for watersports - we mostly hang out at the cove/sandbar.
