I thought there was a company out of Indiana that made the solid radar archs for the 24' boats but not sure they every made them for the 19'.
To illuminate the interior of your boat at night you can always install LED lights throughout your boat, many including my self have done that to our boats.

A lot of people have used LED tape lights along the gunwales and it looks very nice. I plan installing some on mine underneath the pads on the side of the boat.

Or install a tower and hang led light bar (s) from it.....
