Sea Wall....

I remember that news story and posted a pic of the boat on the sea wall as well.
I wonder why the owner dropped the anchor after getting hung up on the wall?
 
This is the first time I've actually heard the story behind the pic. They said it was high tide and the wall was just below water level....seems like there sould be more warnings/signs/lights if that wall goes just below water at high tide.
Im not saying anyone in those waters shouldn't stay in the channels and know their waters but if you don't know there is a wall there you don't know.

You don't drive a $1.7M yacht around without pay attention to the charts....which will be on nice big screens on the dash. So either this person was drunk, an idiot, or both!

I agree with the yacht, but if someone on a smaller boat was visiting the area....maybe it's more obvious than what I can see from the video.
