I am now the owner of a 2022 BMW 118i in.. Colombia?! I got the documents from the BMW dealer, went to the notary to get everything authorized, and I will take delivery of the car sometime next week. I'm nervous and excited at the same time. The past 5 months I've been creating the life that I want and creating tons of memories along the way. This is the next step and I am thinking about doing road trips with my mountain bike and stay in other cities. I would love to spend a month in Santa Marta and then Cali. As long as I can work remote, I will take advantage of this amazing opportunity. And who knows?? If I ever finish with South America, I can import the car back to the states and have the only BMW f40 lol

303 Marine Fabric Guard works great. It is mostly only where you see beading. One 32 oz spray can cover that much area.

Looks like 2-3 cans would take care of the whole smash, did you do that while it was on the boat, or on the ground?

I did it on the ground, I feared it seeping through and didn’t know if it would run. I would encourage others to do the same. I did one panel at a time and then reoriented the cover.

Definitely need at least one more 32oz bottle to get the other areas. A third wouldn’t hurt, I’d say the amount I applied per area was good, but could’ve be been better. At that point it certainly would be better to buy the gallon and use your own sprayer. Right now, on Amazon, the 32oz spray is $25 and the gallon jug is $80.

Oh, and my sprayer totally broke on the second spray. (apparently a big problem, read up on Amazon) Luckily I was just kickin’ a bottle of Invisible Glass cleaner which uses the same, or similar, spray head. It atomize the liquid very well, maybe too much. There was a slight current of air (doesn’t even warrant being called a breeze), that required me to use a piece of cardboard as a shield to minimize drift.

At an anchorage in Shelburne bay. Hanging out with the boat til the marina opens 5/13. I get to do some work and play. Before we left the shipyard, I watched what could be the largest jet boat on the lake, get put in the water.

Hooked up the dinghy and drove South about 1mile to the public anchorage.

I can see you piloting that jet boat.

They did not mess around with that one. They dipped her in and they were off to Burtons Island, 40 miles up the Lake . How hard could it be with a bow thruster.

It does not look like much, but it is very important in my morning routine. The donuts…not so much. Using the Origo alcohol stove to make hot water for the coffee press.

Brings it to a boil quickly.

Coffee first, then checking the tracking of the boat since I set anchor.

The app did alert me last evening when I was testing the parameters. You can see us drift over the boundary on the lower track. I expanded the limit by 15’. Then the wind shifted to the South overnight.

Fully understand the need for the morning coffee. Do you grind your own beans If not that will definitely take it up notch.

I used to. But the sound of the grinder at 5:30am was not very popular in the house.

Completely get that. While not as ideal, you could grind the night before and keep in an airtight container. Just grind what you need for the morning.

At the same time on the rare occasion my wife gets up before me, when our grinder goes, its like an alarm clock and I am more than happy to then get up knowing there is coffee waiting for me.

I used to grind beans. Still have my Baratza grinder. I just found I really couldn't tell the difference between fresh ground coffee bought from the store and ground by me. I buy small bags of ground coffee and use them fast.

Getting a bunch of items check off the list.

24 snap studs installed for the sun shades on both sides. Replacing the snads.

Spreader bars installed in the Bimini frame to reduce the sag in the Bimini canvas from the weight of the flexible solar panels. Seen just below the canvas.

And I reduced the swing at anchor by rigging an anchor riding sail that my wife made a few years ago.

Interested to see if it reduces the movement on the anchor app tracking tomorrow.

Gonna need another bottle of 3m marine cleaner/wax to finish the non non-skid surfaces on deck..

I went to my (new to me) local Walmart and saw a good deal on fenders so I bought a couple. I also saw a newer Coleman 3 in 1 (stove, grill and griddle) that I would have seriously considered for the boat if I hadn’t recently bought a magma. Finally , I noticed that a lot of the merchandise in this Walmart was locked up. This is the first time I’ve seen locks on the frozen seafood. I started to wonder if my car was safe in the parking lot at this point. 530F3B6A-B107-4A33-8B16-9B0DE528E306.jpeg857A6FD7-4E97-416E-B59E-D92E44CE6A3D.jpegD58A6565-5281-4064-8289-C72A9D5AADBE.jpeg9B120CC8-A8AC-4067-80C7-3F5360999DDE.jpeg

I read once that the name Ron is old Norse for Mighty Power. Last night I saw this sweatshirt showed it to my wife and she said, “your picture should be next to that”, at least in my head that is what she said.

From what i have read this is happening in a lot of locations do to the increase in shop listing. I will leave it at that other than to say the increase in crime and lack of accountability has sent me back at my age to the pistol range and will soon take the class for CC. I am also installing more cameras around my home. If i could get my hands on a few claymores I would place them strategically however that might just be going a little overboard and besides I would not wan folks to think i was paranoid [flag] ?

its been real Israel but these are coming back to the states. Confiscated from Palestinian’s
Seized by US. This contract is complete

These products were taken during conflict, part of our job is to aid IDF with the relocation and destruction of said product. Things range from LBV's, helmets, used Kevlar, PPE, side arms and rifles. What can be salvaged will be reconditioned and sold to friendly forces, what can't will be destroyed to make sure it doesn't find its way into the hands of those who don't like us.
