A bit chilly this morning. I had to toss another digital log on the fire while drinking my coffee before work.

There are countries that use the metric system exclusively, then there is a country that landed men on the moon multiple times and returned them to the earth...

Kicker to this original post. When work sent me to England, speed was measured in MPH, temp in Celsius, distance is kilometers and rain in inches. And I’m f*cked up for driving on the left side of the car on the right side of the road lol.

I knew that there was no way a damned dirty ape was going into space before a human,

I went for a little B52s….

I landed in NY a few days ago and discovered this. My brother hit the neighbor's mailbox and the tail light is $850 because it has a module and sensors built in for cross path detection and blind spot. So much for blind spot detection. He said that the backup camera had a blind spot  I'm thinking it's a $2000 fix.

That's minimum of $2500. Cars are so expensive nowadays. Last week I had to replace a Rolls Ghost headlight to the tune of $12,500.....no kidding...that's just the headlight without install labor.

I have to bring it somewhere to get a quote on the paint and bodywork first. I found the tail light open box on ebay for $625 with tax. I want to avoid an insurance claim because my collision deductible is $1000. I did that because I am a very safe driver and have hundreds of thousands of miles of driving experience towing trailers, NYC, rio de janeiro, mexico, and colombia, and have never had an accident. I didn't consider that my brother would drive 100ft and hit something.

Thats a lot of poop capacity.
We’ve got too many that don’t have enough capacity and the pumps short cycle. Around here there are subdivisions popping up one after another so I’d rather be oversized and be able to handle the expansion.

How big are the pumps? Do you have them on VFD's?

Not sure on the size or setup. All of this was figured out long before I arrived and the communication around here is lacking to say the least.

This just came in, it’s a solar powered skimmer for my pool. The pool is closed but now I feel like pulling the cover and tossing a bunch of floating debris in it so I can test this thing out.
