Has anyone with the Simrad Go series tried the Navionics Platinum Plus charts?

I upgraded from the basic charts this year but with the new chart card installed my tracks are not displaying on the plotter. I didn't see anything for that in the chart display settings and the Routes are enabled to display on the Simrad. I switched back to my old card and routes are displayed again. I emailed Garmin support but have received a response back yet after 3 days.

Any ideas?

just a guess, but your routes would have been stored on the old memory card, the new card doesn't have them stored. perhaps you can re-install the old memory card, see if you can upload/save your routes on the "active captain" app, then when you install the new card again, you could download the saved routes from the active captain app?
 
No the tracks are saved on the internal storage for the unit. I can view the list and select to pull up but they just don't display. I can also throw in my cmap card and see them too.

May just be links stored internally. I would pop back the old chip as @Sidarousmg recommended to see if you can get to them again--that should tell you for sure.
 
They are definitely not on the Navionics card. Even the current track that is being recorded is not showing. Its like the route layer is just turned off. Its definitely set to show tracks in the Simrad settings, but I dont see a setting on the map options for it.

Captain obvious here…kinda sounds like a compatibility issue with the new card..I’m assuming you’ve not heard back from Simrad?

While my system and issue was totally different I did just have success by exporting all of my routes, tracks and waypoints off of the MFD which were stored there and overlayed onto the lake master cards onto a SD micro card, then deleted all the stored data on the MFD, then did a factory reset. The MFD now works much better, and at a later date I may import the saved data and figure out which data set is corrupted that was causing my issues.

Perhaps such actions may help your situation?
 
They finally replied yesterday but have not been any help yet unfortunately.

I have already factory reset my unit about a year ago as I was having issues with my routes and waypoint not downloading from my online Simrad account.

I use my tracks alot so if they are not able to resolved I will just have them downgrade me back to the basic map package. And probably switch to Cmap charts when that expires.
