Simrad Issues 252 Sport

Brand new to the forum. I have been reading for months while waiting on my 252. I didn’t want to join and jinx the delivery. I finally got it yesterday. I have read some having trouble with the Simrad. Does anyone know what transducer Yamaha installed? Can not find this information any where. Is anyone else having issues with the navigation having glitches where moving? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

So are you having issues with the Simrad or just looking into if others have had issues with it?? Have you contacted your dealer for this info?

Not sure if having issues or Simrad works this way. Last two boats had Garmin in them. They were always spot on. Hoping it just may be an internal setting or something.

At least two (from my crappy memory) have had to have Yamaha order new ones. Side scanning was also discussed - but I skimmed those posts.
