So even in their current FSH manual it does not show the drain plugs in the front changing area. Took a while for the rep to understand what I was talking about. He told me to send pictures to my dealer of the standing water issues we have found. So going to send a photo of the front changing area and show how the drain plug sits too high so not all the water drains out. Ask why I have water their to begin with. Then discuss the water showing up in the rear compartments as well.

I was a little disappointed that I could not do this directly with Yamaha. Just adding another party can add some confusion but hopefully I will get this issue resolved. Would like to see them add a tube to the seat post that connects to the cooler drain as well.

They did mention that nobody else has brought this issue up so we all might have to chime in so they will recognize the issue.

I've tried to call Yamaha about couple issues in the past and it's useless. I had to wait for quit some time for a "specialist" as the person who answers the phone didn't seem to know that boats are used in water never mind anything technical. The specialist wasn't much better, more of a salesperson than a tech person. The calls always end up with " contact your dealer with your issue and they can help".

... And when the dealer demonstrates incompetence, Yamaha tells you to take your boat to another dealer... Because they have no control over the privately owned dealerships. It's a shell game without a ball under any of the shells.

I purchased my FSH Sport from SkiDock in Austin, Tx and I had the same exact issues. Water was all in there.
