Just saw this yesterday with the wife! Wow! It was damn good. For a long movie it did not seem that long to me. Not a lot of dialogue but spectacular scenery and cinematography!

2 Yama-thumbs up!

Hah! So funny, I thought the exact opposite. Never was on the edge of my seat. Thought it was almost boring and very predictable. And I admittedly have a man crush on Leo, he can do no wrong... Except for The Revenant.

To each their own.

Ok...a third opinion....I thought it was just ok. I agree with Trevor that it was too predictable, UT the cinematography was indeed good, but that doesn't carry a movie. Give it a B-

I saw it with my wife and 13 year old son. My son's reactions were more entertaining too me than the movie itself.

Spoiler alert: why Leo didn't run like hell when he saw the bear cubs is beyond me. Also had he not taken the shot at the bear after the first attack he may have been a lot better off.

I saw the Oscar approved version.....
