Impact gun. And try backing them out then click to forward and bump it then put it back in reverse and bump it. .. then back in forward and so forth... mine came out that way in an 08... one bent but it eventually come out.
 
Evening all. Thanks very much for all your comments and assistance. However I’ve failed can’t any of the three items/sprays you suggested here in Qatar. All I could fine was this rust remover gel. I’ve been putting it on daily and tomorrow will attempt to screw them out. I will update you all hopefully with good news.

just remember they're not "rusted" in, the factory put some sort of caulk/glue on them,

just remember, little turns, 1/8 at a time and then back and forth, it's a slow process,
 
I'm like halfway through mine. I bought stainless steel bolts to replace the OEM ones.
What size bolts did you replace them with please.
 
I would try an 8mm x 35mm. As short as possible.
