NM. Now I see it. Almost the final post on the 4th page says form. Everything before that says email. I emailed with confirmation. Went back and forth even. Posts after that say email is fine even. I've put too much effort into this already, just ain't worth it. Not the first time he's rubbed me the wrong way with an order, but I bet it's the last.

I never filled out the form and my order shipped so that shouldn't be the cause. I know I saw you post a couple times in here asking for an invoice sorry that happened boss.

Sorry things got confused on this one....I too was confused, found the form late and emailed it in. Perhaps we need to see if vendors want to use the auto form creator we use for SWAG?

Hey did yours come with the JB.net logo installed? Mine arrived today and the matching color seadeck circle and JB.net logo was inside the tumbler and not installed? Just curious...thanks!

No, the seadeck stuck just fine to the brushed bottom float! So far, 1st all day outing on the boat and no issues!
