Completed 2015 SeaDek Group Buy

I am likely in, just need to clear it with the boss. I'll let you know a little later.

If it gets to the 25% mark, I'll be in for a cockpit kit with the blessings of the wife.

All you guys talking about getting approval from your spouse makes me think I should tell mine that I'm getting a set....nah, I'll surprise her...or tell her it has always been there she just now noticed:-)

Stop asking for permission! Are we men or mice?????? What is this amateur hour? C'mon guys, Order your Seadeck! When it comes in, go out to dinner, ask for forgiveness and by that time you'll have had a nice dinner and you have your Seadeck. LOL;)

^of course I'm joking so as not to get dismissed as being a smart alek divorced guy.

@JetBoatPilot , trying to get my head around the pricing. How much to do the cockpit of an 06 AR210. Not teak, I like the grey with the black trim as pictured.

Posted a notice for the group buy.....according to Will....he's at 16.5 already! Woot!

So how are we doing and can we find out what our price is so far

I'm in for the swim deck and just sent an email to Will, so that should help some.

I can't stand the crappy standard mats that come with the boat as all they do is constantly shed black stuff that tracks every where. That stuff has to go and I know I'm not the only one that feels that way, so If you're on the fence, nows the time to make it happen. If we can get the discount up around 30 percent you'll never get a better deal.

Just do it!!!!!

My problem is that there is no way that I will ever get approval from @Rana or the kids to buy a boat with carpet ever again. It is a huge stumbling block in getting a newer boat!

I'm likely in also. Just can't decide on faux teak or chocolate over black. Or mocha over black.

Im in for a 1/2 unit

We're going back and forth as well. Red and white boat. Straight gray? Faux Teak? Gray with border? Round and round we go.

@PaulyB & anyone else with large dog concerns, I purchased a full set of SeaDek Faux Teak - Mocha over Black during last years group buy. We have 3 silver labs on the boat just about every time we go out and sometimes up to 6 dogs. My SeaDek still looks like new this season (the first with it in). The dogs were my biggest concern as well when i was going to buy but it is by far the best improvement / mod I have done to my boat. Everyone that gets on the boat loves it especially people that were on it before. It really takes the look and feel of the boat to another level.

Here is a link to my post that has after pictures of the install.

The one thing we do for the swim platform when the dogs are swimming/ jumping off the back of the boat is to cover the SeaDek with towels, 2 cover the bottom platform and 1 to cover the top platform. This prevents the small nail puncture holes from their claws when they jump off the back of the boat with force. Just walking around the boat does not cause any issues. It's when they "dig in" with their claws to get "launching power" that you will have issues. I attached a video of our dogs swimming from the platform and how we cover it. As far as they are concerned, its their boat and we just drive it for them to the cool swim spots...

We are potentially going to take part in the buy. Our boat is brand new, so the carpets are new as well. We like the carpets, but are not crazy about the swim platform. Also, I would like the port and starboard bow mats for when I'm tossing the anchor in. Yep, almost went swimming before I was ready....Twice!

So, if we do this we will be good for the swim platform / cockpit kit / engine step / bow step / anchor locker / port and starboard bow mats. Go big or go home, right?

I just called and have a sample of the storm gray over black on its way. We'll probably go with the faux teak if we like the feel of the SeaDek.

I am looking at getting all the parts available... the cockpit, swim deck, and the 3 optional mats...... All of that would be eligible for the discount? How many units does that equal out to?
