I saw these chairs while wandering the airports in Mumbai for 7 hours last week. They had one for driving and one for flying. You have to buy one for each. 
These things were amazing. They tilted some, vibrated and had all the bells and whistles. They were asking $6500 for the complete set up (minus the monitor - which I found amusing as the monitor is likely the cheapest part of the setup). You can build this for less....without the motion components...I was surprised that the basic kit was only $799.
