I saw it on FB first and went to Youtube for the link. The man can drive/ride! And these cars are built a few miles down the road in my home town.

I saw Travis Pastrana set the last record. It was incredible. Thought no way would it be beat.
I was wrong.lol
That road is hair-raising when going slow. That is crazy fast.
Been up it with my truck a few times and my FZ1 a bunch. Rather go on the bike. More room to move over to give the other oncoming traffic

Legendary testicular fortitude.

Heart pounding stuff (and I was only watching!!!)

Wow Tyler was lucky.......

Not as easy as it looks! Don't think Evil shot passed his ramps.:rolleyes:

For anyone who likes to fly drones, this guy has a secret that he won't admit:

He claims he is flying backwards with stock drones via line of sight. I think he's got a 2nd camera on the back of the drone.... He has lots of videos where he does this....here is a good one (although not one of his huge distance ones):

He has to have a camera on the back, else how is he avoiding the tree branches?

When I asked him that flat out, and said....just post a video where you do this maneuver, with a companion video of the drone itself....he said he already had (and linked to a video where he didn't actually do that).

My perspective....he's just like a magician.....great videos.....and he's keeping it secret how he does it. But there is NO WAY he's flying backwards by eye alone.

I was going to say maybe he's playing the video in reverse, but the vehicles on the roadway negate that theory... ?‍♂️ definitely a master if the dark-arts.

Even if he's playing it backwards, that's some damn good flying if doing it manually.

My suspicion is it's a GPS routable drone with high accuracy sensors and previously taught route. Essentially he flew it forward, and logged points, then just reversed the path and flipped orientation of the drone/camera. I had students do a similar project as a capstone awhile back, it's not difficult, just takes some setup time.
