That thing looks like it would be tossed around like a tennis ball at a dog show in heavy seas! I would love to see it attempt to, for example, exit Haulover on an incoming tide....I suspect it would never make it past the bridge.

Saw this posted on FB....really bizarre! Its in Turkey.....was a real estate project and then due to oil prices and Turkish gov't turmoil the developers went bankrupt. But who would think everyone would want the exact SAME house???? WTF???? Strange!
