230.0 slow but steady.
 
265 today, but sadly I was at 262 thursday.
 
197.5!!!!! Also hit a record # of steps yesterday - 15770 - over an hour on the elliptical and a long walk with the dogs! Also still using Myfitnesspal to count calories going in!
 
So, I started one with my family.
Weigh in tomorrow. If you want to throw me into a no money group feel free. We end may 1st.

Sorry guys been busy and couldn't reply. I want to do this but having medical issues that are really screwing me up right now so not sure what I can do about the diet.

Sorry guys. Working on the road. 12-14 hour days. No excuses, I'll be better....I'm so afraid of going home to my scale. Stress, restaurants, beers late after a long day.....It will not be kind to me.

Still going the right direction but I'm starting to get impatient. I may need to do something radical and drink lemonade instead of beer this coming week. I'm just not sure if my body is suitable for lemonade these days.

219. Big milestone today. I used my exercise bike for the first time in about a year. I'm drinking a Guinness Dublin Porter as I type this. :)
When I'm done typing this, I'm going to my garage to organize things in preparation for my 50 hr maintenance... and there's more beer in the garage.:D
