I have been weighing in on Monday for my family gut busting so I will do it tomorrow am. That and I did horrid yesterday.

Wife and I started back on our weight watchers diet 4 days ago. I should have gotten motivated back when you guys started! Keep up the good work and don't let a bad day or week wreck your week or month respectively!

If this scale in the hotel is working right, and my conversion from KG is correct....I'm down to 193.5! Lost weight via the "Bangalore Belly" weight loss program....also known as "Don't eat Indian Airline food" unless you want to lose weight! LOL

Ha! Nothing wrong with the batteries, I've just been raising my right foot further off of the scale each week!

Honestly, I haven't changed my diet at all other than smaller portions and no beer, that's it. If I'm still hungry after my 1st helping I go back for more. Generally I'm not hungry any more.
