@Big Shasta , I am sorry for not keeping up with the thread. I just didn't get on board this time to participate. I had it in the back of my mind and wanted to get started again. I just didn't follow it and do it. Procrastination I think. Thanks for doing this and if you do decide to do it again, maybe I can belly "away" from the bar, or food trough as it were! Sorry I didn't join up!

@Big Shasta, go ahead and pull me off the list. I've been trying to work on this but the scale's not moving, and when the scale's not moving I don't think about posting on here. Thanks so much for doing this and I may pop back in from time to time if I ever start really losing weight.

I've been on travel for almost a month now and extended again into next week some time....The scale will not be kind, Did you guys know Gordon Biersch has an AWESOME Lobster and Shrimp Mac and Cheese...oh and GREAT beers....Yeah, It's on our way back to the hotel. I MIGHT have been there a couple times.

227.8 again. Hopefully I haven't hit a "plateau." The good news is I weighed myself AFTER breakfast instead of before, so maybe I am down a little bit. And the weather this past week sucked out loud so I wasn't able to get out and walk on my lunch break.
