Barbie & I got up and did our usual "walk" for a few hours before weigh in. We got in 8.68 miles today.
We worked at this with dilligence all week. She lost 2.2 Lbs ! ...........
and I clocked in @
201.0, down 4.4 lbs for the week. Makes up for last week's poor performance by me.

Thanks dude. I had to take 2 weeks off the protein. Personal life crap again. Depression and poor diet kept me from losing. But the protein came in and I've started running/walking. I believe the scale won't creak and snap when I stand on it next week.

You are doing awesome Mikey! 8 miles is serious mileage
 
Thanks. It helps so much when we (Barbie & me) don't have all of the challenges y'all have, like ....... jobs, kids, frustrations, being away from home, extremely hard work/jobs, kids sports, no "spare" time, kids who live on carbs, and a lot more.
And having a beautiful Bride of many many years who is "engaged" and doing a strong Weight Watchers at the same time, for positive reinforcement, helps too.

I am just saying this for 1 reason:
I DO know how much easier i have it. That's why I am so proud when all of y'all lose weight each week. Simply AWESOME !@
 
Do you use a step calculator on your phone? The health app on iPhone tracks your walking and running. Nike has a fitness app that tracks walking pace as well. Mileage pace is a good motivator.
