@jawsf16 hats off to you! Designing hardened cockpit doors for the 37 after 911 showed with a complete windscreen failure, the cockpit was fully equalized with outside pressure before the shock wave/sound hit row 15. Very rapid indeed. Talk about maintaining composure under pressure (or lack of it ironically). Good job...and hope that time is your last.

You can remove all those Yamaha stickers, and put the name in there....the cover snap should be screwed in, take them out and do the name in black, apply it, and then just put the snaps back in....they'll hardly be noticable.

How tall are your letters?

@Norboo nearly positive mine are 4" tall, which is the max height you can go on the 2003-06 models on that ledge without curling over the edges.

The size can be anywhere between 4 and 4.5 Inches. Mine are 4.125"
3 suggestions for great font choices: CASLON (an Adobe font and not everyone has it), CG Times, and Bodoni.
