Congrats on the new boat. I look forward to you getting up to speed fast on the new vessel, so I can bug you with questions regarding my 242 behaviour/mechanics etc.
If you make it to ILM look for the Black and Tan 2013 boat in Scotts Hill.
Yes Scotts Hill is only doing dry-docking ... no more daily customers. The Sloop Point facility is about 5 miles north and is your best bet (vs. Wrightsville Beach to the south).
8 docks south of the Scotts Hill marina ... would welcome the visit. I owe you many beers for the help you provided me in my SX230 newbie to boating and Yamaha ownership days.
Nope....the airdock for the old boat will support a boat up to 25' and 5000 lbs....so no problem there!@Julian - Are you going to need to upgrade that Air-dock with the new ride? Waiting to put my new arrival in at Rollingview and wondering if I want/need to invest in one as well.
Trust me...I seriously considered driving out there on my own to come to the event (Moira won't let me pull Caitlin out of school for it)....but that is a long way to go on my own....@Julian- There is still time to blow off work and make it to the Shelbyville gathering with the new boat. Maybe now you'll be able to keep up with me!
I bet there are some others in your area that would make the trek with you.Trust me...I seriously considered driving out there on my own to come to the event (Moira won't let me pull Caitlin out of school for it)....but that is a long way to go on my own....
.........but I bet you would have to deal with Mama when you got back.I bet there are some others in your area that would make the trek with you.
Hydrotherapy 3 actually (a cool new font for the cool new boat).....the SX230 was 2, and when I added the stern speakers it covered up the 2, so I took it off.
We can see how many jetboaters.net members we can fit on it at once.
I am picking her up this afternoon.....have 4 hours of meetings to get through first....
