We just installed a misting system at the Price Tower in Bartlesville. Its a Frank Lloyd Wright building. Cool deal but a tough install. We could not drill into the building unless approved by the Architectural committee.

While drinking a Snapple today I saw this:

I questioned its veracity and found this among several other supporting reports:

I am still surprised because there has to be some bad karma associated with stealing a bible. Why I stole one is definitely not something I want to discuss at Heaven’s Gate.

FYI other commonly stolen items in this order:
Pregnancy tests, Nutella, hair extensions, high end vacuums, energy drinks and tide.

Started doing a little plane-spotting on Sundays when the 747 arrives with all the BMW parts.

Came out for an early 4th of July weekend day on the lake. Waiting for another beautiful Tennessee sunset.

Just throwing around some old school yamaha jets. My friend is in the pics. What better way to get started on a 4th of july extended weekend?

Btw, check out the crazy storms on the left of the 2nd pic. There was some nasty lightning about a mile north of us. I was trying to get lightning and a flip together in a pic, but luck wasn't with me!

Hanging out at the Marina waiting for the July 3rd fireworks. Burlington cancelled theirs this year because of Covid. But the owners of Juniper Island, a private island, in the middle of the Lake, West of Burlington spent $50k on fireworks that we hope see later.

Pretty crouded with transients in the Marina as well as all along the Waterfront.

Wife took this pic. with "night sight" on her camera. It was too dark for me to take that.

Not bad for your own fireworks on your own Island. A lot of boats out there. You can see the lights of the Spirit of Ethan Allen, a 140' sunset cruise ship to the right of the fireworks.

So fireworks this year is insane. This was the cardboard from our 10-midnight re-stock. Most companies around are reporting they ran out of stock. We keep about a 2 year supply and we are running the lowest i have seen in a long time. And NOW we sell the 4th yet!

I was on vacation all last week so finally got some time to get closer to completing the install of the new and improved engine in my track toy. Almost done and hopefully have it back at Sebring in August.

This was last Wednesday out in the intercoastal. Before Monday last week, my wife had never even tried to wakeboard. After a little coaching before getting in the water, she popped up the very first try and only fell after a few minutes when a big boats wake made it over to us. Now she is addicted. Once the water calms a bit in the next week, we will both try wakesurfing for the first time.

For a split second, I saw the light blue behind the seat and thought it was a kid's car-seat. :D

My 4 year old daughter loves going for a ride every now and then I will put the factory seat and seat belt in so she can go. She isn’t quite big enough for the race seat and harness. We used to go to a car show every Thursday before the virus hit.

Is this you @Betik ? ;)

Just got back from 4 days in Cozumel. Stayed at Intercontinental el Presidente. I think the occupancy was about 15%. We had much of the place all to ourselves. They took a lot of precautions with the virus. Temp checks everywhere you go. Masks and face shields on all the staff. QR code menus at all the restaurants.

Passed a voluntary 2020 Vermont State Police marine inspection. Not much to it, pretty basic stuff. He said the sticker will give you a pass-by from being boarded by the authorities unless you are acting like an idiot.

Barge party over the weekend. We got there early-ish, but still ended up pretty far away from the stage (it's the red tent), and over the next hour or so, I'd say attendance doubled from what was in this pic. I think the idea is to have this become an annual event, and it'd be great if it did. I saw 5+ Yamaha's there, hopefully everyone had a good time, and if I stopped by to chat with you, hopefully we meet up again soon.

Phones and water don't mix, IMO, so this was all I took from the relative safety of my boat, where my phone stayed for the duration of the event.
