Drove 23 hours from Long Island, NY to Stuart, FL and I didn't stop to sleep. 10mpg, I'm thinking it was bad because of the shrinkwrap and my boat and truck was filled with all my personal belongings. Yesterday I removed the shrink wrap, batteries in, changed oil, and put my new mirror. Today I went to peanut island with my dad.

I visited a home last weekend that I’ve been to many times over two decades but saw this for the first time.

Picked up the Trex for the deck tonight. Just over 3800lbs, glad I’ve still got the GMC.

Got a new magnetic phone holder for my tow vehicle. I like it because it’s closer to me and doesn’t block the main screen. Also attached is a pic from my local marina tonight.

We left for Rome, Italy right before the eclipse but I caught this minor eclipse before we headed out. Not bad I’d say!

Just another thing I'll be passing along. The "template" to cut the front seat platforms looked like they were hacked out by Edward Scissorhands, and I refused to cut up a $120 sheet of plywood based on those sketchy things. I gave him a rough cut with plenty of excess to trim to final dimensions.

You'd think a tile guy with access to miles of rosin paper would... Nevermind ?

What a pool filter looks like pre, during and post cleaning after a rain when you have a pool cage or “lanai” in Florida. Local pool company said we “recommend” you clean the filter once a month. I do it weekly when I cut the grass. I didn’t sign up with said pool company..
