Water Seat Grill Mount

Hi all,
I thought I had seen a post about this but searched and cannot locate. Has anyone with underwater seats that mount in bracket under the swim platform come up with a bracket to mount a grill to? I am used to having my grill out over the water than over the interior. Much cleaner...

I thought you just turned the seat upside down and put the grill on top of it? But I suppose it would be better if the grill was higher....
