What do you think will clean this

If it is just a little mildew I would try a very gentle wipe with a magic eraser....
 
Ok. It's my buddy's pontoon boat and he took the cover off and these spots were there. Not sure what there from but he already did try magic erasers. I have babes boat seat cleaner so I'll try that.
 
If the magic eraser didn't touch it, I don't have a lot of faith in the Babe's.

That looks like staining from the back, it comes from inside and turns vinyl pinkish. As far as I know Nothing takes it off, not even bleach. Butttttt, I would try a little pool chlorine (from a pool store) on a q-tip see if it affects it, I know it is harsh but nothing I know of is going to work. Only fear of bleach or chlorine is the stitching, dont want to use it on stitching. Let us know if you figure it out or find someone who has solutions.
