2005 Chevy Suburban w/ 130,000 miles. AWD, LT with Autoride.

Last year I replaced the ride control compressor, rear shocks and air lines. I was going to just let it go, but I realized I was scuffing the bottom of the boat-trailer's spare tire at the top of the ramp due to the sag in the rear-end.

I did some research and was able to do all the work myself for a LOT cheaper than what the dealer wanted to do the work.

I coulda gone even cheaper still and swapped out the rear springs and shocks for standard springs and shocks with air bags but decided I liked the auto-leveling feature of the original system.

Have only towed the boat to/from the house once in two years. Did it with my 2010 F-150 FX2.
