Bah when I get my first round pick of Payton Manning and my second round pick of Randy Moss all of you guys are crushed. I was thinking the same thing. @Jet Blue is it possible to set it at 1 minute or that going to make the draft take to long? Definitely majority rules if everyone would prefer the 30 second timer.

This is Scarab Mike's party, I am just here to assist. I changed to 1 minute though as 30 seconds does seem tight. I don't think this will extend too long.

I think most are on the auto pick and most pick from the top 10 listed on top. Should be quick.

I assume that it is 30 seconds per person, which means after you pick, you have 6:30 to ponder your next choice.....setting it to one minute would make it 11 minutes between picks...right? Or am I missing something?

That is correct, until you lose the 2 guys you wanted right before it was your turn. 1 minute will feel tight once the high pressure is on!
