Hey @Julian I'm confirmed for the trip so please add us to the list. So excited! We are booked at Resort World at a unit that comes with a slip. Also have appropriate reservations at Bahia Mar, etc in FL. It will be my wife and three boys. Ages are 18, 20, and 21. Driving in from Dallas and already started prepping the boat.

Yes, we bought 45 PowerCat and we left Key West and went to Bimini.

We actually passed a Yamaha and a Scarab Jetboat crossing over when we were coming back to Ft. Lauderdale.

we got ticket for Korea this summer so the soonest I am back on track for Bimini is 2022. My secret plan is to send my wife to South Koran next summer for 3 months and I get to cross to Bimini alone

Yeah....in Bimini everyone uses Marine radios to communicate. You want a cab....they call it on channel 68. No real point in even TRYING to police it.....why they would even try to limit the channels designated as "non-commercial" is beyond me. But it is good to know what each channel is for, and ensure you aren't using a restricted channel.

I'm programming my new HX890 radios now. What channel would be suggested for Bim family use?

We are always on channel 69. Islanders are on 68.

Looks like there is availability still at the resort etc. What are the Covid rules as they stand right now about going? Is everything good to go as of now to go and return?

We would be on Jet Ski's. 2 Sea Doo GTX 170's.

The stickers are actually where the ski has been, I was lucky enough to go to Bimini, Lake Jocassee and Lake Keowee more then once with her. Bimini 2021 will be my new skis first big trip .
