Ok...maybe I was a little harsh
I live in GA, and we almost always have our bimini deployed...there is just something about that new one with the angle and all that metal that I cannot get over. The old design was much more "clean" looking especially when retracted.
Still, with the noise reduction and the e-throttles, I think I could get over it...might have to take a test run soon.
These are big boats. The top is big and the frame is metal, but it's covered by the canvas. Also it's nice and high so I don't have to duck under it. I love it!

If they just put the drive controls in the other versions I could have the controls I need with the smaller Bimini. I tow everywhere, 2-4 hrs one way, and that Bimini is just too big for me. But my wife really needs the drive controls to pull me without ripping off my arms or accelerating to 40 mph.
I would hurt baby kittens to have that bimini on my boat. Many of them. Especially after the burn I got today out on Jordan Lake. I love everything about it (the bimini, not the burn. or the kittens).
Disclaimer - ok, I probably wouldn't hurt them. But, I'm a dog person, so if I gotta sacrifice something to avoid my face being melted off, the kitties are going first.

AGREED! ON ALL REMARKS!.

The Bimini is my biggest problem with the new boats also. For those of us that trailer everywhere it would be a pain to take down every time and then have that giant cage still up there.

Whats the issue with the cage, if you take the Bimini cover off of it? Takes about the same time as it does to collapse the Bimini on yours from what I have read.
