Raw water wash down hose got stepped on and the plastic push in connector broke. It looks like I have to buy the entire hose from Yamaha. Does anybody know where to get just the fitting? I’ve scrolled thru usual suspects (TH marine and West) to no avail

Partzilla was not sure if it was included with the hose, #20, 22 or 23 which is not in the picture

Freshwater systems…. Lemme see if I can find it for you

Here you go! When I lost mine I bought a 5 pack….

@FSH 210 Sport you know things! I found this after your first post. Thanks Proud of them aren’t they?
Cheers

lol! Yeah it’s great inspiration to not loose or damage that fitting! When I lost mine I couldn’t get them because of the virus that’s why I bought a five pack.

Looks like you better hustle! No idea why the huge price drop, but I was able to add it to the cart and go as far as entering in payment info with no backorder warning 🤷‍♂️

Less expensive than the initial findings, but not as great as the link I just posted

... and all-plastic (not my preference)

Is the Auto-shutoff in the black plastic part, or the large diameter round bit that it plugs into?

If the fitting doesn't house the shutoff, then that MAY be easy to replicate with a 3D printer and the correct dimensions (the threads would seem to be the most difficult bit).

Depending on the answer, I could try to duplicate it if someone got me measurements, but turnaround speed would be an issue for me on this

The shut off is in the large diameter round piece that mounts to the boat.

Yep. There is a little black plastic plunger inside the brass part that is held by screwing on the plastic part

I tried to order from them. They have minimum order size, so I tried to buy 2. Then freight was $16 slow boat. And then they declined 2 of my cards so overall it started to feel sketchy. I would have got 2 fittings from them but it wasn’t much more to get 1 from freshwater systems so I just did that.
And unless I read it wrong the all plastic one didn’t have the valve in it. I’m not 100% on why I need that valve but I went with the brass one with the valve.

I was able to find my original order which at that time was a back order, those pieces were $21.88 in October of 2021.

The part number of the plastic one matches what was posted, but in looking around, the one without the valve was 101, so I'm not sure what's mixed up, their website and part number, or if it's just a completely off part and/or description.

Does the part circled in yellow just slip into the fitting and is held captive by the parts being screwed together? Looks to be a possible candidate for printing the plastic parts, if the metal fitting can be tracked down.

That little bit is a check valve to keep the water in the hose after the hose is unplugged from the large round bit / base.

The base has a shut off valve that closes when the hose is removed which keeps water from spraying out if the pump is left on.

The green circle part screws onto the brass part. I guess you could lose the whole thing and need all 3 parts. But in my case it got stepped on and I only would need the green circle part. The brass part wouldn’t get broken that I can see
