I'm guessing I'm not the first one to find some of the rubber step treads missing off of their ladders..... any suggestions?

Yamaha will only sell the ladder as a whole and I do not need the entire unit, just the rubber step.

@Julian - edit or relocate this thread as needed. I couldn't find an answer I the FAQ section.

I recall reading others that got the manufacturer of the ladder to replace it when something broke. Cant find the thread though....

I have lost several "rung" covers. I have purchased replacements from both yamaha sports plaza and wind line. I think they both charged $7 or $8 per rung cover but clearly remember Yamaha sports charging $8 for shipping whereas wind line charg d about $3. I've also gotten and purchased two replacement ladders from wind line, so doubt they would replace one under warranty for a missing rung plus the cost to ship it to them would be greater than the cost of a rung including shipping.

I had a very good experience with Windline Contact them and let them know your problem. They have always treated me fairly or better.
