I landed about an 18 inch bass this weekend, it happened so fast I couldn't get a picture so you'll just have to trust me on this one!

I was backing into a grass shore because our lake was up 3ft to pick up a couple passengers, I was about 2 ft from shore and gave it a little forward thrust to break my momentum and all of a sudden a fish just jumps out of the water and lands on the swim deck! I was still worried about running into the shore so I didn't get a good look and he quickly flopped back in the water,

The 2016 Edition of Wicket Catfish has been posted!!

Our annual trip to Lockport Manitoba for Channel Catfish had to happen again in June! This year we chose to not use the jetboat. Without a lower unit, it would swing in the current.

11 Guys in 4 boats from 4 states. 2.5 days of fishing. The average fish was 20-24lbs. Our largest was 28lb 11oz!! Doubles and triples all day long! Amazing fishery.

First fish I've ever caught (except *maybe* 30 years ago or so ago that I can't remember). More planned.
