I was chatting with some of u this past season about broken bolster seats... Long story short .... First time out on the boat I sat on my bolster and it broke immediately then not too long after so did the passenger. Scarab sent 2 new bolster brackets that I realized would just break again. Easy fix no tools required. Just brace yourself and break the bolster back the opposite way. Took me all of 30 seconds. The bolsters now work in both directions. Cheers

@Ronnie0471 Hopefully this makes sense to a Scarab owner with this model and seat problem. Are you saying...break it more and it works? The other problem is I had difficulty reading your post as something to the left just kept distracting me.... :D:cigar:

LOL… Yes, break the seat back in the opposite direction. Mine originally broke, and we're stuck in the upper right position. I pulled them back to the lower seated position by breaking them back in the opposite Direction
