So I just bought a 2009 sx210 with low hrs. It’s been sitting for a while, the good thing about that is I got it for a deal, the bad thing about that is it been sitting for a while! So as you can imagine the clean outs were stuck! So I went at it today, I tried using a come along to pull them out, no luck, about lifted the boat off the trailer and I got scared if this thing gave way or broke I may be in trouble! Lol. So I started taking things apart( see pics) and got to the bottom of things! After I got the cover off and the big rubber hoses that attack to the top of the clean outs had room to work! So I decided to try to push them down as I was underneath the boat and saw that it looked like they would go that way. They still wouldn’t budge down! So I decided I was going to cut them out and that was the easiest and least intrusive option to me. So I used my oscillating tool to cut them out. Worked like a charm! I suppose if you don’t want to take the back hatch off and the hose sleeves you could do this with a long bit, but I wanted the room to work! If anyone has any questions don’t hesitate to ask! Happy boating!
