I'm keeping my 35' camper and my boat indoors for $25 each. I know a lady who has 2 huge empty chicken houses and 2 large tractor sheds. She has probably 10-15 boats stored and room for another 100. Very nice. I pay 85 dollars a month for indoor storage. I just call ahead and they pull it out in the gated lot so I can just hook up and go. While looking for indoor storage I was finding rates anywhere from 135-225 a month.

Yes they have been cleaned well, no smell. It's great for storing the boat during the off season. It's a little too far out of the way for most to use during boating season.

Thanks @jeremy0011 for not only this tip, but for helping me put the boat away for the winter! I used to pay this much for one month of storage, not the whole winter!!!!! AWESOME!!!!

Now I don't need to worry about the cover if it snows, and she'll stay nice and dry!
