Is August!!! bring the 2017 Yamaha boat line up

Dealer Meeting is August 24-26th.... so you have a few days left to go before this site explodes with pics and videos!!

Yup, Julian has to remain quiet 'cuz I signed a long legal document saying I wouldn't disclose their secrets!

The question then is what date/time did it say it was ok to disclose the secrets!? Asking for a friend of course...

In the past that has been aligned with the dealer meeting.

We'll announce the specifics once we get a little bit closer....off to work on a video.....

Lol such a tease with that video hehe. Can't wait to see it!

Jerry from greenhulk.net is releasing his PWC Yamaha info on August 23rd 8pm. So that is the earliest time i'm sure anyone can post anything.

Scp1 I didn't see anything in that article about the new models. That's pretty much a review of the 2016 SVHO. Unless I missed it.

I was confirming the horsepower (as there is speculation this is going in the 192's).

265 hp in a 192 that wold be a 55 hp increase year over year and would make it pretty quick

If that motor goes in the 2017 192 I'm going to cry..... A lot lol

What all makes an SVHO different from an SHO? I'm guessing different blower, remapped ECU, etc? I looked up the cam shafts, crank and pistons are the same so I'm not sure if anything internally is different on them. Wondering where all they are unleashing power.

I would cry, too :).
Basically, the SVHO is to 1.8l what MR-1 HO (160hp) is to MR-1 110hp.

And -- don't forget the 160mm pump! LOL.

I might be sticking with a 19' as the real reason I'm looking to go bigger is a better hole shot for water sports.

Two words: Lucky 13

Even that article is speculation about the HP. The author even put in parenthesis (estimated). Either way that engine is awesome. My ski regularly reads 71-72 mph bone stock.

I saw some Chap 2017 photos yesterday on Facebook. They didn't list models just said 2017 models. Through Intermarine Jupiter's page. Looked some Vortex in the background on a few photos.

Release day is getting closer!

Was told it may be the grizzly motor (tr1?)

What happened to this thread? We are only a week away and rumors should be in frenzy mode by now.
But reality is the 212X is getting twin GE turbines and a trailer that automatically scrubs the hull every time you retrieve.

That's just crazy.... we all know the trailer will meet u at the lake by its self and launch the boat and have the engines warmed and the Bimini up and the cooler full..... all the full service marinas are really pissed because they are loosing business...
