One picture of your last outing.

More a video than a pic. Had a buddy with a drone take some video at the tail end of the day. Our legs were spent, we were low on gas, but we gave it a go anyways.

Just risking the cell phone for a boat pic. Our winter place now serves as summer place place as well. A7777E06-EEB7-4F65-B317-EC33F22FEB3D.jpegCAADD7F4-DDE2-4E7F-924E-D12FE42C5BD1.jpeg

Very Nice! What engine does she have?

She has the original 1985 Yamaha 115 2-stroke. Ran good for the couple of outings we have been out on. We will see. If we have any major issues we will repower with a 150 Yamaha or Mercury 4-stroke. We went into the deal knowing a 37 YO motor won't last forever. We got the boat, motor and trailer for $8500. They were asking $12,500.

We’ve thought about coming down to Smithville eventually! I’ll let you know if we ever do. Ramp fees there are expensive I think?
We have a season pass but yes for a day it's 20 $ total for boat and vehicle

Looks like a beautiful night. I watched the sheriff pull over a 255x last weekend that had people riding on the swim platform. Your pic reminded me of that.

First time at the Lake going swimming

A summer of cloudy overcast windy weekends. Here comes another fast moving storm to give us more love.

Photo dump from the last few weeks.
I went to my old neighborhood to buy some frozen Brazilian snacks. They came out great on the grill and I'm definitely going back for more. Pao de quiejo, coxinha, and guarana.

Nice WaveBlaster!

Finally was able to take the boat our after my wife's surgery. She wasn't allowed in saltwater nor could she be on the boat if it was choppy etc..
Made my first trip out to Shell Key for those that are local. It wasn't a bad ride at all, weather was perfect and seas were about 1' the whole time out from EG Simmons.
