One picture of your last outing.

Has Beeryessa been low as well? Doesn’t seem all that bad from the pic

Oh yeah, it's really low. The alternate ramp they are using where we launch at Markley Cove (if you know that area) is one that hasn't been used in years, and even that one is in the last stages of usability. In the picture, we are way out in the middle of the lake, maybe 4-5 miles from Markely Cove. The "cove" where we floated around and took the picture is actually out in the middle of the lake--in other words, it wouldn't be a cove at all in "normal" times.

Still a great lake. Just . . . different.

Was out on Lake Washington yesterday. Below is a picture of the AR250 at the dock. The second picture is something I had only seen on YouTube. Poor guy got his truck backed into the lake. Good news is he got a tow out of the lake and got his truck running. Then he backed back in and took the boat out.20220801_135024.jpg20220801_131215(0).jpg

My son and I took today off to go Waverunner riding at Bullards Bar Reservoir in Dobbins / Marysville, CA. He is headed back to college soon so we are running on borrowed time, these are the moments.

it was a great day on the road and water.

Thumbs up first pic

Thumbs down second pic…once you submerge a car/truck like that it will never be the same. Keeping it from mildewing is quite the challenge

depends on how quickly he was able to get that truck into a bowl of rice...

Went out on Lake Washington again yesterday. We went through the locks and out to the salt water on Puget Sound. The shot in the locks is looking back out of the boat. The AR250 felt small next to the big boat next to us and at the same time felt really big next to the kayaksIMG_20220804_193236.jpgIMG_20220804_193220.jpg

Was a good day on the lake. Glad it has gotten back to normal here. We can go to the lake any time of day during the weekend now and it not be crazy with plenty of spots left. No one is looking for a fight or on edge either. Much better experience on this lake than during the height of covid. This is a smaller lake about 7 mins from my house. Next closest one is about 30 mins away to the ramp. So, it's nice to just go down the street.

Lovely day out until we heard thunder. Raised anchor right away and as soon as we left the cove we saw a big storm approaching. We out ran it but it was close. Apparently there was hail

This was a new one for the sandbar. This guy was walking his parrot around on a float. He stopped by to say hi. The parrot did not want to move from the shade lol
