Yes 100%. Morse has a much bigger parking lot, and the docks are night and day better than Geist. Plus the water is a bit cleaner, IMO. Last time I was on Geist the water had a stinch to it. Definitely prefer Monroe or Raccoon over both of them. But like you said sometimes the drive is not convenient down to Bloomington

Went to Brookville Lake in Indiana today with a couple friends. Water was perfect and there's a great cove to anchor in on the south portion of the lake. Inflated the SUP boards and my friend and I did a loop around the back end of the cove while our wives hung out on the boat. My 13 month old son was loving jumping to me off the swim deck and tube.
Only regret was not getting more pictures.

We were out that way last year and walked up to the damn and checked out the Big ramp there. Unfortunately we didn't bring the boat and we stayed there across the street from the dam at the hotel there, while one of the kids was and Dance Camp at a college not to far away. The lake looked fantastic. The Admiral want to make a long weekend of it next year, there are also some pretty cool wineries in the area.

It was a good day for pics out on the river, so I'm breaking the one-pic rule. The adults were all hiding today, but the young eagles were out...

We have a few baldies in the neighborhood, and I guess I'm turning into Old Man Yelling At Clouds, because it drives me nuts when my neighbors tell me they saw "that eagle you were talking about, but that's a Golden"

Goldens would be rare around here, and trying to explain the color changes in the first 3 years, they look at me like I have 3 heads.

I hear you! And I think my wife would say that I've pretty much always been Old Man Yelling at Clouds! Most of the time, I'll try to talk through the differences and neighbors are polite enough to humor me. But sometimes I just say "oh, cool", look at my watch, and say I have a call in a few minutes I need to get to.

I just found this great write-up on the differences. I definitely have never seen a Golden around here.
