At my buddies lake house and we took the neighbors little Scarab to dinner. That boat is like half the size of mine but it feels solid like a tank. It would just plow right over the chop. My boat has all kinds of crap flexing/rattling around. 🤣

Img 5392 looks like SpaceX boosters during re entry to Port Canaveral.

I feel like I'll be chasing my tail trying to get these any closer. At this point I feel it's just the differential in the brakes. I'd say the difference now is between the brakes according to caliper temps. Almost exactly off the same temps and within an acceptable range of difference. I didn't get any pics but took this with me on my latest trip, which was a couple hours. The temps were always 5* apart and never more than 100*. Granted lots of highway driving so not a lot of brake usage.

A few days ago had a pretty significant thunderstorm with large hail come through.. typical of these storms, it was a clear day with stunning blue skies, then a few clouds and then a severe thunderstorm warning, no watch first straight to the warning. I was decontaminating my boat before going back on my local lakes when this warning came in. Disconnected the boat and put the truck in the shop, then got the cover on the boat with about 20 mins to spare… the last time there was hail this big was July of 2020, about a week after I got my boat and I did not have a cover for it and a chunk of Gel Coat got knocked out of the transom, this time I had the cover.. no damage to the boat, but there are small holes in the cover where the larger stones hit it.

This size hail stone made up about 5% of the hail stones, the rest were ping pong to golf ball size.

The yard light diffuser took a direct hit…

The storm as it moved away..

Lost a sky light in my RV even though it was covered by a moving blanket.. pretty minimal damage all things considered.

The Star Link transceiver pad took a hit but is still working…I put in a ticket to get it replaced. Will update on whether I have to pay for the new pad or not.

I feel like @Babin Farms fixing the mower this weekend. 10yrs old, 1 oil change and a set of blades is all the maintenance I have done on this Honda mower. This week was a broken wheel and a pull cord. Still fires on the first pull. The deck has some rust through but nothing a little JB weld shouldn't fix.

Honda mowers have been in a class by themselves as the best mowers for a long time. Tragically I found when I needed a mower this year they don’t make em any more

A lot to harvest from the garden now. Buckets of pole beans, potatoes and tomatoes. We have a dozen zucchini’s in the frig, from 2 plants and a lot of winter squashes to pick.

A lot of blueberries, asparagus and beans in the freezer.

Looks like you have some pretty good marks on the graph there
Put this one on the boat this afternoon.. it was a fighter, got it back in the water pretty fast and it went straight down in a hurry ..

Had another much larger one on earlier in the day but it got off… hey, at least there was some action today.

Reminds me of the Toro mower that came with our first house…. a long time ago! It was missing a big chunk of the deck next to the discharge chute. It worked great for cutting down small trees and leveling the legs on the kid’s swing set.
