A deep fake of me in the ICU? Holographic deep fake?

I disagree. The number of retractions they post vs how much they deliver....its a tiny fraction of what they publish. They don't like it when reporters publish inaccuracies and fail to research adequately - and amongst researchers and story writers its a matter of pride too. Much like many of us in our own professions who pride ourselves in our accuracy, the same applies to MOST news outlets. They all have their spin (Left/Center/Right) - and I find NYT to be mostly center - a little left (knowing where they sit is all that matters). Here is the issue with The NY Times and other media outlets. They act like lawyers who make a statement knowing the judge will over rule it, however they have already planted negative seed in the juries mind.
So deep fakes are legit Vaccine thread topics, but the veracity of a national news org that is reporting on COVID/vaccine stats is not? Lol…got it.@Lurch, please stay on the topic of the vaccine avoiding political topics.
Please enlighten me to the partisan nature of my post showing two examples of the NY Times mendacity. I mentioned a newspaper, not a political party. Pathetic, @Bruce.@Lurch, two posts ago you broached two political topics. Since you were unwilling to accept my request to avoid politics without issuing a warning for that post I will issue the warning.
Deep fakes are off topic but not political.
I'll post where and when I have something to say, within the stated site rules and CoC.@Lurch, your political reference was “(Brian Sicknick and the Russian Bounty are just two recent examples)”.
Your behavior and constant trolling are unacceptable.
85% of your posts are in this thread. I would like to see that below 50%.
Sorry but this is NOT like the flu shot. This changes your DNA and that is permanent and will be passed down to children and grandchildren forever..My wife and I got the J&J (one and done) shot 2-1/2 weeks ago. I called 5 different places and ask to be put on a No Waste List as we were not eligible yet. Got a call 2 days later from CVS and they had exactly 2 shots left. Jumped in the car and got them. The shot was painless. My wife had chills/slight fever around 3am for about 30 minutes and it passed. She has been fine ever since. I had no reaction to the vaccine and felt fine. I glad we got it.
We chose the J&J as people were stating the 2nd shot was the most discomforting. My son's wife got her 2nd shot 3 days ago and has had a fever since then. We have not heard how she doing today.
We all need to realize this is exactly like getting the flu shot. It will not prevent you from getting the virus but will decrease the symptoms. The vaccine provides your body with the necessary anti-bodies to help fight it and minimize it's duration. It does not turn you into superman and now you can fly! You are still susceptible to the virus and you can spread it.
@BigN8 Sorry you caught it so bad. That sucks what you went thru. Glad you're ok.
Same here... Lost my taste and smell for a bit, other than that I felt nothingI had covid (it was nothing), I won't be getting a vax.

I'll take my chances of catching this new flu each year.Where do you find such such disinformation?
The mRNA vaccines simply wash out of your body within a few days. MRNA is a product of transcribing DNA. MRNA does not alter DNA.
The Johnson and Johnson vaccine does use a virus to insert temporary DNA segments. They are not integrated into your genome. They also washout in a short period of time.
These vaccines do not alter your DNA. They do not use technologies that would be capable of altering your DNA.
Because my vaccinated friends have caught it already this monthI'll take my chances of catching this new flu each year.

Have a great dayWherever you saw that, be sure to keep in mind this is a blatant lie, and should make you wonder what what else they are misleading followers/readers on.
