Here's a few Photos of life in some of the Villages, You can see what the Monsoons are like and when they come the roads and houses get flooded, Hope you like.

Sardines drying in the Sun they get shipped to Vietnam

They are turned over every few hours until there dried then shipped to Vietnam, There are many of these farms in the villages


This is where these children live it's not even a shed

I went to the market and got her and her sister some new shoes they didn't have any at all.

I replied to Brockhals previous to this and i said i cant think of any part of the Chicken that isn't used, Well today on my travels i stopped at a set of lights and next to me was a brush salesman on his motorcycle and sidecar so i managed to grab a quick Photo you can see the Chicken feather dusters along the top of the Photo, There's also a few more Photos i took today, I hope you like.




Just taking the Dogs for a ride along Beach Road.


They will go to Sea in anything that floats here in Thailand.

Just adding a few more Photos while i have a few minutes, I was going out in the Boat today Christmas day but it was a bit choppy so thought i would go and do a bit of shopping instead as all the shops are open as it's just another day over here, I popped into the Marina and took a few shots in and around the Boat sheds, I will get some shots of the Marina later and post them, I hope you all have a great Christmas and a Happy New year, Those who have young Kids enjoy every minute with them because they grow up very quickly, Anyway i hope you enjoy the Photos.

What a beautiful beach area!

Yes it's lovely and there's about 2 miles all the same and hardly used, many Thai people go there during the day to eat and just enjoy life, They cook the food for you on small kitchens next to the beach, All fresh Seafood as the Fishing Boats are only about 300 meters from there in the Harbor, I will post some more later when i take so more shots, Enjoy your Christmas.

It's lovely and quiet and the water is very clear and clean, My daughter and Grandson when they came to visit me

Americans reach about 30k north of here, There's nothing here to attract them the Village is dead after 9.30 pm only 2 bars and a few Seafood restaurants but they all close early, The place is buzzing at 6.30 am with the market open and it closes about 10 am and opens again at 4 pm and closes about 7 pm.


The market is open twice a day with fresh veg and Seafood

Is the grate in the last photo of this post chained down to prevent it washing away, or being sold for scrap or both!
