Updates went live about an hour ago.

Fresh off our NDA, here are some pictures of our black 2022 195s. Interior and exterior colors are mixed and matched similar to a 2021, but the scheme is different, and we actually prefer the 2022 vs. our original 2021 order. The one noticeable difference is the black panel to the right of the helm containing the remote control lever wherein there is a nice cubby and an additional cup holder. Dealer did say that Yamaha did an extensive rework of the electronics/firmware including how the helm display integrates with the engine controls and improved engine control firmware, but I have nothing there to compare. Price-wise we received exactly what the website states, but Yamaha did give a $1000 credit to us due our 2021 boat being cancelled. Happy to share more pics if requested.

I dont have an answer for you but where are you finding the brochure for 2022?

10k increase on my boat this year. Doesnt look like any other changes. With tax and all the other crap thats over 150k…..without a trailer lol

Not on the 27ft models. With a 9ft beam it's technically too wide to trailer in some states so that's probably Yamaha covering their butts on the legal side. I'm sure many do anyway and never have an issue.

ouch. My 255xd is 103k with the good trailer, so 10k increase also and less than desired colors. All the issues with mine in beginning, still happy i got the 21 after this 22 release. Not that the 22s are ugly, just doesnt do it for me.

I get that. I'm kicking myself for not getting the 2020 27sd in yacht blue. Now I'm stuck with choosing colors that do very little for me

My dealer said that yamaha mentioned they shouldnt be seeing as big of delays as they did with the 2021 model year boats. Not sure if they are trying to promote more sales but just thought id mention that.

This is the biggest improvement... I hate how the storage and the cup holder is so low on the older (but new hull) models. Its basically unuseable...

Any word on behind the scenes updates. Anything related to firmware updates in regards to the connext unit. I know there were some throttle issues with some e series boats in 2021.

Sorry. Didn't get a picture of this, but it is the exact same as before. How do I know??? I spent considerable time this weekend trying to figure out how to store the dang thing, and it was comparisons between mine on 2021 195 youtube videos that did the trick!

I did see on one of the new threads that Yamaha spent time.on correcting firmware issues.

Looks like Yamaha is a sourcing most of their paint colors from the Japanese navy.
