2021 Models

The boat comes with 1 year of Yamaha's extended warranty coverage. I paid an extra $1850 for 5 years total.

Got this today from my dealer. Its a very long story but this was his response as I told them I wanted a 242X. Not much anything new or unexpected but a little confirmation. Pretty much the general rumor running around. This is coming internally as I have an issue at hand that they are trying to resolve. Thought I'd share.

" I am being told by our GM of Sales that Yamaha is not making the 240/242 series anymore and yes, they will be a 25’ boat going forward. They will not be available until November or December of this year and price is still unknown."

Same as my dealer is telling me. It will be an all new boat. Whatever that means.

My local dealer has a 242x in red in stock. let me know if you'd like the details

Does that include the extended warranty?
$45,950 for a 195s OTD in yacht blue. Taxes/fees/prep etc. I had a cheaper price quoted and a few higher ones. The cheaper price was double the drive and not worth it to me.
Now just waiting for one. I’ll at least be happy to see when anyone gets a blue one

Could someone please repost the colors for the 2021 AR210 pre-release? I can’t find the original post. Thank you!

New ride plate that extends further back that supposedly will help to plane faster:

Also metal drain plugs:

So two drain plugs? So the boat will never drain completely dry AND you have to remember to put both in. Sounds reasonable. I like that they're metal. What is the starboard plug for that's on the bottom of the hull in that last picture - is that the depth finder?

Also, noticed no big "articulating keel" on these photos, but instead a more robust rudder system. I wonder how that will improve low speed steering...

They've had the 2 drains since they redid the rudder....oh wait....."articulating keel" LOL

Is that rudder sticking down below the hull? Or is the picture distorting it?

Is that just on the smaller boats then? I still have the drain behind the rudder on mine.

Does anyone have pics of the 2021 White AR190? Other than the attached. My dealer said that its coming in Friday AM and its mine if I want it. Can't tell if I like the color.
