My daughter was not thrilled by the barracuda's ... this was every few mins throughout the dive.....I was hoping her concerned eyes came thru clearer..

No worries unless you're trying to remove a hook from its mouth!

I believe underwater that it might be very difficult for me to ascertain with 100% certainty that it does not have a hook in its mouth already!

That water is just unbelievable as a side note

@upperdeck, @andy07sx230ho, @justason Do you guys have a date in mind for 2015? I think a week or two earlier in June would be better to have moonlight during our trip.

if it's earlier june, fireworks owner may actually pay me to go then instead of week before the 4th!

Haven't considered dates yet. This years dates had to be moves due to the Boston Whalers group. Second week in June would work, but not the first.

How about the second week of June then? @upperdeck, would you like to start the thread? I bet we have 5 or 6 boats ready to commit already.

I checked the Boston Whalers group dates back to 2011 and June 15th is the earliest they have gone.

It would be nice to have our trip before the Whalers drink all the gas.

I just checked the kids' school calendar. I cannot commit to any sooner than the third week of June.

We need input from others but I would be happy to stay longer. I believe that for many of us the cost of staying an extra day or two is small compared to that of getting to and from Fort Lauderdale.

Not that the plans have to fit my schedule but either early June or second week of July on works for me. In between those times I would be out. Whatever works best for the group is fine.

I believe that the best conditions are typically in June and that pushing into July would greatly increase the chance of rough water.
