Help me please

@Marvin willis, as @Julian said there is a fuse in each engines ECU. The ECU is in a plastic box mounted on the back wall of the engine compartment. The fuse is externally accessible and a spare should be stored in the housing. Each engine has its own ECU and the engine would not start of it were blown.

On my 2007 if I remove the speaker at the drivers feet I can access the lanyard switch connectors, there are 2 one for each motor. I would recommend disconnecting both connectors, unless they are clearly labeled port and starboard, and see what happens. The lanyard switch is a normally open contact and once the lanyard is pulled the contacts close to activate the safety features. Also the lanyard switch has two set of contacts one for each motor. When my switch failed only one set of contacts were bad.

But that switch lets the motor turn over but not start
I don't know why it is designed that way but the lanyard switch only kills the ignition circuit but not the starter circuit. The clean out hatch switch and neutral switch kills the starter circuit.

Found out lanyard will let the motor turn over but not start.

When you say this, I now gather that what you are saying is that you READ this, or learned this, NOT that the boat now ACTs like this???????

If that is the case, back to square one for my brain.

I assume you've checked the connections to the starter motor?
I think you said you already swapped the ignition switches?
Have you swapped the clean out hatch switches?

Perhaps a list of what you have done already based on the list from the engine not starting thread?

Can't get it in the shop. They thought hydrolock. Pulled the plugs and still nothing

Does the starter click when you turn the key? Can you take a multimeter and verify you have voltage at the starter?

Where are you located?

We need to know if voltage is present at the starter and if voltage is being sent to the solenoid when the key is turned.

Voltage going into the starter silinoid none coming out. Now I have to find the part

You could bypass the solenoid to start the motor. Not suggesting you do it but it is an option to verify the solenoid is the issue.

Silinoid, starter and wire going to the starter is bad. Tried bypassing the silinoid and burnt up the wire. Side note does anybody know what the handle to the clean out plugs is called?

Is a clean out plug handle damaged? I believe that the upper parts are only available by buying the entire plug.

Not the plug. It's the t handle like the one for the two rear storage compartments

I think you have stumped us there @Marvin willis . I don't know what "T Handle" your referring to. You asked, "Side note does anybody know what the handle to the clean out plugs is called?" Your going to have to clarify your question for me.
