Brings back my childhood HO days. I remember my parents dropping me off at slot car tracks for the day running the small HOs and the 1/24 scale cars on the 6 lane tracks. Those were simpler times.
Very nice. What brand track is that? It doesn’t look like Carrera, that is what we have. Mine is analog. I’d like to upgrade to digital, but my son pushes the cars around more than he actually drives them.?

Funny. I just grabbed this sucker today. I’m about to wear this little blue heeler pup the hell out in the back yard!!

Good luck with that. A herding dog like your Aus. Shepherd x cattle heeler is a bundle of energy. It will need a job chasing something around like that car. It is that, or you and the family. Healers are grippers, they move cattle by nipping at their legs.

I have these two RC trucks. The black one is Nitro, fully independent suspension and flies. The red one is electric. Maybe I can get a fox tale and get the new German shepherd to chase it and chill out. My father in law and I also got into RC boats but no photos as the boats are in his garage. He has three weed eater engine dumas v hulls and I have a nitro tunnel hull.

Man don’t I know it. This pup is extremely mouthy. Always bitting. Can’t walk anywhere with out her trying to bite your slippers, socks, shoes, toes!!! The energy dies as the day goes on. Mornings are intense.

I remember getting $2.00 then $2.10. When I did a summer job at UPS they paid $4.10 but because of the heat you could only work 4 hours. So I did that a then showered and worked at a grocery store until Midnight. Started school at 7:00 (we split sessions) and got out at 12:00 since I had a job and drove to UPS then drove home and showered and then drove to the grocery store. Half the time we would go mess around until 2 or so in the morning. My parents were Ok with it since my grades were still and As and Bs. I just had to have money for my car and dates. Ha! Nowadays, my kids and nieces and nephews all just say how tired they are all the time.

$15.50 a hour to get a burger that looks likes someone tossed the bun and burger patties together from across the room.. In and Out has been been paying good wages for a very long time, never had a bad burger ? from there.

In and out offers full benefits to its employees and managers here in CA make over $100k per year. Ive known two of them at different locations since before the graduated high school. They seem to be the exception. All the other fast food restaurants are reportedly having issues getting people to apply which is why places like Taco Bell are offering $3.50 more than minimum wage.

minimum wage only applies when you have a certain number of employees, I found this out when my son worked for a small icecream shop.

We got a basket to round up all the chew toys at the end of the night. It’s always funny to see what she pulls out throughout the day. Came out of my office and couldn’t find her and then spotted her. Zoom in to find Tully!!7BA2C727-2049-4204-BBF6-C3D1A4A1136B.jpeg

Are you going to do any professional training or teach her yourself ??

The "clicker" training that zipper recommended for our dog really did work and was remarkable how quickly he caught on to it,

Looks like the floor in my family room. My wife did comment that the dog plays with his Christmas toys more frequently than our children ever did. We have a small basket, but looking for a bigger one.

Seeing a ton of Rivian Trucks but this is the first SUV I saw this morning.

I’ve been seeing a rivian around town for a couple months. Saw it up close today for the first time.

the other three tires look new.

I've seen couple Teslas with completely bold tires. Not sure what these owners are waiting for rain or snow?!?!

1 Wiener
1 German Shepherd
Hard to see, but between Stella’s (German Shepard) paw she carry’s a sea shell around. She doesn’t eat it, but it’s her baby.

Apologies, I missed your post. The track is Scalextric (Hornby). Started off last year with their Pro Platinum GT set. It comes with a fair amount of track, 4 cars with digital chips installed, 4 wireless controllers, and their ARC Pro powerbank. Then ordered more track. It was a tough choice between Carrera and Scalextric, but I liked the Scalextic cars and track a little bit better. I like the digital track, you can run either analog or digital with the ARC Pro, and its pretty easy and not very expensive to upgrade analog cars to digital.

This rivian had I’m guessing an alignment issue or worse.

I’m not sure what it’s got for a wheel bearing/motor? No sense in replacing the tire if it’s waiting on warranty parts/repair.

But that tire is not safe.

Put up one of two ceiling mounted storage racks. Getting creative with storage seeing I have no basement or outbuildings. Also found a small leak under the sink. Garbage disposal housing looks like it has been cracked for quite some time.

So my father in law was admitted to Tampa General Hospital for chest pains yesterday morning. I stepped out for a walk around the river and snapped these of the Hillsborough River looking towards Tampa and under the bridge is headed to Davis Island. Several Yamaha boats cruising the river but I missed them in the photos.
